We know you have many choices when choosing a Gastroenterologist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple and convenient process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please reschedule on our patient portal or call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

The physicians and practitioners of Twin Rivers Gastroenterology Center participate with most insurance companies. It is suggested that  you check with your insurance company prior to your appointment to alleviate any concerns you may have about coverage for the visit. Your insurance company will be able to tell you if you will owe a co-pay or need a referral for your appointment.

Referrals must be issued from your  primary care doctor. Whether it's a paper referral or an electronic referral please make sure you have one in place prior to your visit. 

**Please be advised that if you have a procedure done either at the hospital or at our facility that there will be more than one charge. There are separate charges for the physician, facility, anesthesia and pathology services.

Payment Options

Co-pay's and referral's are due  at the time of your appointment. If you are without insurance coverage payment will be due at the appointment as well. Our office will  accept cash, check, or credit card for this payment.

If your insurance requires you to have a co-pay and/or referral and you do not have it at the time of your appointment, please be aware that we may have to re-schedule you to a later date.
